Did you have a nice Korean - thanksgiving  holiday?

As you know, our Saturday school closes only on Thanksgiving and Newyears Day.

We had Happy Move mentoring party on the 19th. We had many sponsors so we were able to give out presents for our children Dolls, hand wash, Happy Move gifts and even cosmetics for our mothers!

The big issue for September was about our violin classes. As we are having free piano classes for 6 years, we wanted to learn many other instruments.  Therefore two college volunteer students made a short clip of our wishes.

We need violin teachers, violins, and money for violin classes. Last month  we were donated 5 violins and we are going to have 2 more.

We want to have 15 violins before we get started.

Learning piano, school work, art therapy and even violin will make our multicultural children have self esteem for their lives.

We would like to introduce one sponsor about instruments. One parent from Nowon-gu saw our programmes via 1365 volunteering website, and she donated violin and celo for us. She also bought four more violins the next time she visited us. She bought more craft papers for us, so we were really moved by her gift.

For 5 to 6 year olds, our Saturday school is a place where they could use expensive craft paper freely. It is true for their parents to have a hard time providing kids with expensive craft paper. 

Therefore we really wanted to buy craft paper but we were having money problems. So the act of understanding our situations and gifting, we were really moved by. Thank you.
