We have finished the 5^th parent class, which was first of all to think about the cultural identity and self-esteem as mother, 

and secondly to learn the principles of behavior to elevate the self-esteem of children, and thirdly to learn the language of love in practice by finding out the way to fill up the emotional tank of children. Also, we have learned to make conversation by way of emotional coaching in examining the question of “What type of mother am I”

In each class, we have increased lots of fun by making necklace, bracelet and sandwiches as well as by decorating bags. It has been two months since our class started but the response is very hot. A mother told that whenever she was about to scold her child, she was reminded of the lesson she had learned in class, and another mother told that this class should go on all around the year so that she will be completely changed. And all of them really liked the class and gave thanks to all the supporters who prepared this parent class, particularly because all the class materials are so great in quality.

And recently we had a meeting with volunteers who have helped the class and we came to discover a new fact that the 1^st and 2^nd graders in elementary school get a lot of help in Saturday class, but the children above the 3^rd graders begin to have some problems of learning, particularly in math. So, now we are trying to know how many students need additional study and how much the city of Seoul can support the visiting-based learning program at the eye-level of students. Volunteer teachers suggest that if students really want to study more but have financial difficulty, we should select a few children who are not in the city’s learning program and give them the chance to learn math by the visiting-based learning program. If we select three students for this pilot project, we will have to support $100 monthly for it and now we are talking about how volunteer teachers can help the visiting teachers. If this project turns out to be successful, we may expand this program next year.

Finally, Gilbut School Corp. decided to donate 220 volumes of Miraculous Calculation and Miraculous Hangeul Learning to us through the campaign of sharing study books and now they are in the process of delivery. Many people have supported this campaign through internet. These books are really necessary to us. Thank you very much to all who donated book.
